Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, walk ins, referrals, Google, dealers, and partner channels.
- Respond to customers quickly, clearly, and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services or packages.
- Explain services such as PPF, tinting, ceramic coating, detailing, styling, sale preparation, and vehicle presentation.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations using approved company formats.
- Convert inquiries into inspections, appointments, confirmed bookings, and repeat customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team on availability, timing, vehicle requirements, and service readiness.
- Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, service notes, and follow ups.
- Follow up with pending leads and update customer status properly.
- Support dealer, showroom, broker, and partner inquiries when required.
- Assist with customer updates during the service process and support handover.
- Request reviews, referrals, and repeat bookings after successful service completion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales, service advisory, dealership customer service, luxury retail, car care, detailing, PPF, tinting, or front desk sales is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Good computer and WhatsApp Business skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, email, and basic digital tools.
- Strong follow up discipline.
- Ability to explain services clearly and confidently.
- Automotive knowledge is preferred, but willingness to learn is essential.

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Client Advisor to manage customer inquiries, explain services, support quotations, coordinate bookings, and deliver a premium customer experience from first contact to vehicle handover.
- This is a customer facing sales and service advisory role.
- The Client Advisor will be responsible for converting inquiries into appointments, confirmed bookings, and repeat customers.
