Vacheron Constantin is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver personalized premium client experiences.
The role focuses on understanding client desires, fulfilling aspirations, and building long-term relationships that create brand ambassadors.
Playing your part
- Deliver an exceptional and unique in-store journey in a friendly environment.
- Build long-term relationships through product knowledge, personalized service, and consistent client data capture.
- Achieve sales targets, master the sales ceremony, handle negotiations, and assist after-sales clients.
- Communicate the Maison's values, history, and collections with passion.
- Support boutique operations through policy compliance, merchandising, inventories, and special projects.
Success requirements
- At least five years of sales experience; luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to cultivate and grow relationships with high-value clients.
- Exceptional commitment to personalized, high-quality client service.
- Mastery of the luxury sales ceremony and customer service transactions.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of Maison DNA.
- Proactive client engagement in the boutique and at external events.
