Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional standards of customer experience following the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony
- Actively strive to achieve key performance indicators and individual/store targets
- Develop detailed knowledge of all products and brand culture to build sales
- Build and maintain quality relationships with clients to ensure loyalty
- Drive CRM and maintain client file/book
- Assist with daily operations and back office activities as needed

Overview and purpose of role
- As a Client Advisor at Christian Louboutin, you have a fundamental role in translating brand DNA to clients, transforming expectations into sales success and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Attending and participating in all training events such as sales techniques, sales ceremony or product knowledge training.
- Providing exceptional standards of customer experience, surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
- Demonstrating and reflecting the luxury brand image through service, attitude, grooming, dress code, and behavior.
- Responding to all client queries and issues in a professional, effective and timely manner.
- Demonstrating competent awareness of overall business performance and the surrounding market/industry.
- Actively striving to achieve key performance indicators to improve boutique/concession results.
- Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products and brand culture.
- Building and maintaining quality relationships with clients resulting in strong sales performance.
- Ensuring loyalty to the brand through personal interaction and active client telling.
- Driving CRM and maintenance of client file/book.
- Demonstrating an entrepreneurial approach to growing client base and spend.
- Being a proactive team member working towards achieving tasks and store targets.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in a luxury retail or service environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to follow all steps of the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony and manage up to 3 customers at one time.
- Strong client telling skills to maintain long term professional relationships.
- Management of client communication in a luxury way respecting guidelines on social networks.
- Be a consistent ‘Top Seller’ and able to analyze own KPI and sales results.
- Experience in cash handling procedures.
- Ability to receive products delivery, enter in system, store and sort products when needed.
