Responsibilities
- Greet clients, understand their preferences, and guide them through the collection to curate personalized recommendations.
- Handle day to day sales activities, including product presentations, fitting and styling support, transaction processing, and after sales care.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are aligned with brand guidelines and the boutique is organized and inviting.
- Support client relationship building through follow ups, clienteling, and outreach.
- Contribute feedback from clients to help refine assortments, services, and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Client service and sales skills, including ability to build rapport and provide personalized recommendations
- Communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional, and empathetic approach
- Luxury retail, fashion, or jewelry experience, with knowledge of styling, product storytelling, and visual merchandising
- Organizational and problem solving skills
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with appreciation for Middle Eastern heritage and global fashion trends
- Comfort using point of sale systems, basic digital tools, and clienteling platforms
- Ability to work full time on site in Doha, including weekends and peak retail periods
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage

Role Description
- As a Client Advisor at Velvet Desert, you will be a key ambassador of the brand, delivering a welcoming, inclusive, and elevated in store experience in the Doha Metropolitan Area.
- In this full time, on site role, you will greet clients, understand their preferences, and guide them through the collection to curate personalized recommendations that reflect Velvet Desert’s aesthetic and values.
- You will handle day to day sales activities, including product presentations, fitting and styling support, transaction processing, and after sales care.
- The role includes maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are aligned with brand guidelines, and keeping the boutique organized and inviting.
- You will also support client relationship building through follow ups, clienteling, and outreach, while contributing feedback from clients to help refine assortments, services, and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications

- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with an appreciation for Middle Eastern heritage, design, and global fashion trends.
- Comfort using point of sale systems, basic digital tools, and clienteling platforms to track sales and maintain client records.
- Ability to work full time on site in the Doha Metropolitan Area, including weekends and peak retail periods as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer facing roles; experience in luxury or premium brands is preferred but not mandatory.
