Client Advisor - Client Services

The ideal candidate will offer:

Experience: 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and cultivating strong client relationships.

Communication Skills: Refined written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Interpersonal Skills: A demonstrated ability to build rapport, de-escalate challenging interactions, and remain composed under pressure.

Technical Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, such as CRM platforms.

Commercial Mindset: Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-oriented approach.

Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require.
