Client Advisor - Client Services

As a Client Advisor, you will be the voice of Louis Vuitton, responsible for delivering unparalleled service and support to our esteemed clientele across various channels including phone, email, social media, and chat. You will play a crucial role in building lasting client relationships and upholding the Maison's legacy of excellence.

This position is based on-site at our offices in Irving, Texas. The ideal candidate will offer: Experience: 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and cultivating strong client relationships. Communication Skills: Refined written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. Interpersonal Skills: A demonstrated ability to build rapport, de-escalate challenging interactions, and remain composed under pressure. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, such as CRM platforms. Commercial Mindset: Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-oriented approach. Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require.
