Position Responsibilities
- Support the business and store environment in alignment with store leadership and company goals.
- Drive and exceed sales goals while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
- Engage customers and provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment.
- Build client relationships through daily customer interactions.
- Analyze reports with leadership to strategize, deliver results, and support action plans.
- Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives.
