Role Overview

Client and Sales Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally assist all clients and visitors.
• Conduct facility tours, assign tours to support team members, and present facilities, equipment, classes, and the gym experience.
• Understand client fitness goals and recommend suitable memberships or services.
• Handle inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries and visits into paid memberships and class packages.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, visits, memberships, and sales.
• Follow the sales process and meet monthly sales targets.

Member and Operations Support

• Maintain work-related relationships with existing members and assist with their requests.
• Support membership renewals and encourage long-term client retention.
• Handle check-ins and help ensure a smooth member entry experience.
• Coordinate with trainers and management when required.
• Maintain an organized reception and client area.
• Handle basic administrative duties related to client accounts and daily operations.
• Report daily inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and sales to management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to clients from different backgrounds.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal presentation.
• Positive, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain organized follow-ups and records.
• Comfort using WhatsApp, Instagram, CRM or software systems, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work under sales targets and performance expectations.
• Fluent English is required.
• Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, luxury retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous.

Performance Measures

• Performance is measured by inquiries handled, follow-up consistency, facility visits, tours generated, membership conversions, and monthly sales revenue.
• Additional measures include renewals, retention, client satisfaction, reporting accuracy, professionalism, and overall client experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay is AED 2,300 to AED 3,500 per month.
• The employer lists performance-based incentives or commission, training and development, career growth, and employment visa support.
