We are seeking an experienced SCA Licensed Relationship Manager to join a leading financial services organization in Dubai. The role involves building client relationships, promoting brokerage and investment solutions, and driving business growth.

- Build and maintain long term relationships with retail and institutional clients
- Promote investment, brokerage, trading, and wealth management solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio

- Ensure compliance with SCA regulations and company policies
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective client management
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Brokerage Industry
- Valid SCA License is mandatory
- Experience in Financial Services, Trading, Crypto, or Investment sectors
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Candidates should have their own client database/network
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic or English and French is mandatory
