  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
  • Verify availability of room type and rate.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Answer questions about hotel facilities, services, and room accommodations.
  • Follow selling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Enter and access data in reservation system.
  • Indicate special room reservation types by entering correct code and rate.
  • Follow escalation procedures when handling guest concerns.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
