Position Summary

Process guest reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests through phone, fax, or mail.

Support guest service and revenue maximization while maintaining accurate reservation records.

Responsibilities

  • Determine appropriate room types and verify availability and rates.
  • Explain guarantee, special-rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Document special requests and enter reservation codes and rates accurately.
  • Answer questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations.
  • Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns.
  • Follow company policies, quality assurance standards, confidentiality rules, and guest privacy requirements.
  • Welcome guests, communicate professionally, and support positive working relationships.
  • Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification.

Schedule and Workplace

  • Full-time schedule.
  • The position is not remote and is located at the property on King Abdulaziz Road in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
  • The role may require moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
