Responsibilities

  • Record Keeping: File, organize, and retrieve company documents in both physical and digital systems.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Data Entry: Update databases, spreadsheets, and transcribe meeting minutes accurately.
  • Front Desk Support: Welcome clients, assist visitors, and provide a positive first impression for the company.
  • Office Maintenance: Monitor inventory, manage outgoing/incoming mail, and order office supplies when needed.
