Role Description
The Clearing and Settlement Analyst supports Trade Services processes and may be assigned to settlement matching, fails, instructions, registered shares, confirmations, cancellations, reconciliation, transaction reporting, or trade investigations.
The role is based in Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet process SLAs, productivity targets, quality standards, and agreed service specifications.
- Complete training targets and become certified at all required process levels.
- Process securities transfers, matching, fails handling, confirmations, cancellations, and corrections.
- Process share registration and deregistration, cash and stock reconciliation, transaction reporting, and trade investigations.
- Complete assigned work accurately and on time with the required productivity level.
- Contact counterparties by email or telephone for clarifications when required.
- Perform quality checks and raise queries within the stipulated turnaround time.
- Understand process linkages, identify improvements, and respond to trainer and team leader feedback.
