Responsibilities
- Manage Customs Clearance documentation while supporting Sales and Customer Service functions
- Prepare, review, and submit clearance documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations
- Ensure timely clearance of shipments by working closely with agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities
- Maintain full compliance with import/export regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate records
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery
- Assist in generating sales by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads
- Coordinate shipment schedules, track deliveries, and liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments
- Fully comply with Sales Governance, policies, and processes
Requirements
- Highly service oriented, proactive, and consultative
- Excellent interacting, networking and communication skills
- Similar industry experience (logistics/shipping/customs)
- Independent and service minded with strong coordination skills

Who we are looking for
- We are looking for an energetic and proactive Clearance Documentation & Sales Coordinator responsible for managing Customs Clearance documentation while supporting Sales and Customer Service functions.
What will you do
- This role plays a critical part in coordinating between customers, customs authorities, logistics providers, and internal teams.
- Prepare, review, and submit clearance documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations.
