Job summary
United Group is seeking an experienced Customs & Clearance Manager.
The role leads customs clearance activities for import and export operations.
Primary responsibilities include customs clearance, duty exemptions, customs duty refunds, and government or industrial subsidy programs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage import customs clearance for spare parts, equipment, raw materials, and other shipments, including invoice review and HS Code classification.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, Saudi Customs, SFDA, and other government authorities for timely and compliant clearance.
- Monitor inbound shipments and follow up on clearance to support timely warehouse delivery.
- Review and validate customs documents and invoices before submission to Finance.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on customs duty exemption applications through approval.
- Manage government and industrial subsidy or support programs and coordinate with banks, government entities, and legal advisors.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade policies, and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
