Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile products using proper aseptic techniques in compliance with established procedures
- Adhere to GMP standards, SOPs, and all quality and safety requirements
- Perform staging, decontamination, labeling, inspection, and packaging activities
- Maintain proper line clearance and ensure accuracy during all production steps
- Operate and maintain production equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure adequate availability of cleanroom supplies to meet production needs
- Complete all required in process checks to maintain compliance and product quality
- Participate in inventory counts, validations, calibration, and environmental monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper waste handling in cleanroom areas
- Support training of new employees and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments
- Maintain up to date training and comply with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Pharmacy Technician diploma or post secondary education in a related field

Position Summary
- The Cleanroom Technician reports to the Pharmacy Production Supervisor and operates within the Production department at Fresenius Kabi Canada’s Hospital Compounding facility.
- Under the direction of the Supervisor, Cleanroom Team Lead, Manager of Cleanroom Operations, and/or Pharmacist in Charge, the technician is responsible for the aseptic preparation of sterile admixtures in accordance with company guidelines and master batch records.
- In addition to compounding activities, the role supports staging, picking, decontamination, labeling, inspection, and packaging of all compounded batches.

Compensation
- The pay rate for this role is: CAD 27 CAD 28.50 per hour.
- Placement within the range will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
