Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and cleaning teams across assigned locations
- Plan daily schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with company standards
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
- Coordinate with clients and management to resolve operational issues
- Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and cleaning materials
- Support manpower planning and team allocation
- Follow company health and safety procedures
- Conduct rigorous quality control audits at client sites
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for all cleaners

Requirements
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in the UAE
- Proven experience in cleaner training, quality control, and material inventory
- Experience managing drivers, fleet logistics, or transport scheduling
- Deep knowledge of Dubai routes, communities, and traffic patterns
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or Urdu is a strong asset)
- Strong leadership abilities with a firm but fair management style

Job Summary
- Heyday Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced, high energy Cleaning & Logistics Supervisor to oversee our daily operations in Dubai.
- This role combines traditional cleaning supervision and hands on team training with strict material management and driver logistics.
- A valid UAE driving license is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and cleaning teams across assigned locations.
- Plan daily schedules and assign tasks to employees.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Coordinate with clients and management to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and cleaning materials.
- Support manpower planning and team allocation.

- Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and timecards, and prepares periodic reports.

- Monitor stock levels of chemicals and consumables to prevent shortages or waste.
- Inspect machinery regularly and arrange for repairs or maintenance.
- Manage budgeting and cost control for cleaning materials across all projects.
Driver & Fleet Management
- Coordinate daily schedules for company drivers handling team drop offs and pickups.
- Optimize transport routes across Dubai to ensure punctual arrival at client sites.
- Monitor driver attendance, behavior, and compliance with UAE traffic laws.
- Oversee company vehicle maintenance schedules and fuel tracking.
Requirements
