Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff and assign daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Monitor the implementation of cleaning schedules and periodic cleaning programs to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess cleaning quality and address any deficiencies.
- Ensure the availability of cleaning materials and equipment and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Train and guide cleaning personnel on proper cleaning procedures and the safe use of chemicals and equipment.
- Prepare work schedules, leave plans, and staff shift arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports on team performance, operational needs, and service quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning related requirements and support operational needs.
- Handle and follow up on customer complaints and service feedback to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good organizational and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication and reporting skills
