Overview

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards and follow established protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess cleaning quality, providing immediate feedback and guidance to cleaning staff.
  • Manage and maintain cleaning supplies inventory, ordering and re-stocking as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to staff, considering workload balance and operational needs.
  • Provide hands-on training to new cleaning staff, reinforcing proper techniques and safety procedures.
  • Address and resolve cleaning-related issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor staff performance, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training needs for improvement.
  • Enforce and adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and supply usage.
  • Communicate effectively with clients or management regarding cleaning services and performance.
