Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites
- Allocate duties to cleaning staff and ensure work is completed according to company standards and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping and cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and staff productivity
- Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with procurement team for replenishment
- Address client concerns and resolve service related issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and site inspections
Requirements
- Experience in cleaning supervision or housekeeping management
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
