We are looking for a responsible and organized Cleaning Coordinator to manage daily cleaning schedules, coordinate with clients and staff, and ensure all cleaning services are completed on time and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and staff assignments
- Communicate with clients regarding service timing and requirements
- Monitor attendance and team performance
- Prepare duty rosters and work reports
- Follow up on complaints and ensure proper resolution
- Coordinate with supervisors and the operations team
- Ensure cleaning materials and equipment availability
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or facility management field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- English-speaking preferred
- UAE experience is an advantage
