Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all cleaning staff assigned to the site
- Prepare daily work schedules and assign duties based on operational requirements
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and professional appearance
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and brief staff before each shift
- Train new employees on company procedures, cleaning methods, and customer service standards
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to scope of work
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality standards
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery
- Coordinate deep cleaning and special cleaning requests
- Serve as primary point of contact for client and respond to requests
- Conduct regular walk through inspections with client

Overview
- Supervise and manage all cleaning staff assigned to the site.
- Prepare daily work schedules and assign duties based on operational requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and professional appearance.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and brief staff before the start of each shift.
- Train new employees on company procedures, cleaning methods, and customer service standards.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching where necessary.
- Report disciplinary issues, absenteeism, or misconduct to the Operations Manager.
Site Operations
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to the agreed scope of work.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain Royal Urban Cleaning Services' quality standards.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
- Coordinate deep cleaning, periodic cleaning, and special cleaning requests when required.
- Monitor the condition of cleaning equipment and report any defects immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with UAE health and safety regulations.
Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client at the site.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and complaints.
- Conduct regular walk through inspections with the client when required.
- Maintain positive relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Compensation
- Pay: Up to AED 2,500.00 per month
