The Cleaning Supervisor organizes and manages cleaning teams, trains staff, and monitors work quality and client satisfaction.
The role oversees cleaning operations at client sites and is accountable for service delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage cleaning teams.
- Train staff and evaluate their performance.
- Use and oversee the use of cleaning equipment and tools.
- Distribute tasks and ensure proper work methods are followed.
- Monitor completion times and team performance.
- Correct operational errors and maintain work quality.
- Assess labor needs and evaluate appropriate work proposals.
- Address feedback and complaints.
- Ensure service delivery meets required standards.
- Take responsibility for shortcomings or neglect under company policies.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience managing and organizing cleaning teams.
- Experience training staff and evaluating performance.
