- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment in all bakery areas including production spaces, storage rooms, customer areas, and restrooms.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and cleaning equipment exteriors.
- Ensure surfaces meet food safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform window and glass cleaning.
- Spot clean carpets or rugs.
- Support deep cleaning routines scheduled by management.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and use cleaning products safely.
- Collaborate with bakery team members to ensure cleanliness during operating hours.
Requirements
- Strong skills in commercial cleaning, with experience in food service or retail environments.
- Ability to perform window cleaning and glass polishing.
- Experience with house or home cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and surface sanitizing.
- Basic skills in carpet and rug care, including spot cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a full shift.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to follow checklists and instructions with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English.
