Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Work is performed in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily cleaning and pest control operations.
- Supervise and manage cleaning and pest control staff.
- Plan daily schedules, manpower, materials, and site requirements.
- Handle client requirements, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Conduct site inspections and meet clients when required.
- Generate leads and develop business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues independently.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant experience in a cleaning or pest control company is required.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and local customer requirements is required.
- Proven experience in team supervision and operations management is required.
- Ability to handle operations independently is required.
- Experience and strong interest in sales and business development are required.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills are required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
