About The Role

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join us on our Transpennine Express contract

As the Business Support Administrator, you will report to the key Account Director and provide administration support to the Key Account Director and Management team. This position can be remote working.

The position requires a professional, well-informed, and consistent approach to both internal and external contacts and undertakings. You’ll have good numeracy and literacy skills, strong customer relationship skills, excellent organisational skills, and a willingness to provide a consistent and professional service at all times whilst working as part of a team.

The ability to prioritise your workload, meet deadlines and be proactive in your daily approach is essential, as well as flexibility and a strong sense of professionalism. You must be able to deal with all matters and queries in an appropriate manner with tact, diplomacy and confidentially.

Key Accountabilities

To support the management team regarding general administration

Act as a liaison between the clients support teams and Bidvest Noonan

Responsible for placing orders for services/materials/stores equipment/PPE in support of service teams.

Liaison and development with systems such as CAR, ATS and other support systems

Support service management to compile data and reports for internal or external meetings and other purposes as directed.

Provide marketing and business development support, liaising with current and prospective clients to generate leads and support business growth

Communicating with clients and sub-contractors on a daily basis

Responsible for supporting accurately billing/invoicing across the service area

To support the development of financial reports

Maintain tracker information compiling and requesting information

Monitor training documentation and provision for all service employees

Experience required

Do you have experience working in a similar position, for at least 2 years?

Are you computer literate to an intermediate standard (Excel, Word and Outlook)?

Can you demonstrable time management and organisational skills?

Do you have a professional and positive approach?

Are you flexible and proactive?

Are you able to work as part of a team or on own initiative (self-motivated where necessary)?

Have you got good Communication skills, both written and oral?
