Role Overview
Realstar is seeking a Cleaner to work at one of its apartment buildings.
The position is permanent full time and typically works four days per week plus every other weekend.
Cleaning Responsibilities
- Clean building common areas such as lobbies, elevators, stairwells, windows, laundry rooms, and social rooms.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop common and amenity areas.
- Thoroughly clean vacant suites, including appliances, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies.
- Clean exterior areas including garages, parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, and rooftops as applicable.
- Pick up loose garbage and debris around the property.
Safety and Teamwork
- Report serious curb-appeal, safety, or hazard deficiencies to the Resident Manager.
- Work as part of a team, take direction, and perform other assigned duties.
