- Clean and maintain the clinic (reception, rooms, restrooms, hallways, staff areas)
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water for doctors, staff, and patients
- Greet and assist patients and visitors politely
- Deliver files and documents between departments
- Arrange and distribute clinic and office supplies
- Ensure items like tissues, sanitizers, gloves, pens, and paper are always available
- Help arrange meetings and prepare water/beverages when needed
- Support staff with basic daily tasks as instructed by management
Requirements
- Experience in a clinic or hospital is an advantage
- Good communication skills and friendly behavior
- Neat appearance and good hygiene
- Able to work under pressure
- Organized and responsible
