About the Role
Landmark Properties is seeking a Cleaner cum Motorbike Driver to perform cleaning duties, conduct move-in/out inspections, and drive a company motorbike for property visits and supply transport.

Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties at assigned properties and locations
- Clean and prepare vacant units for new tenants
- Conduct move in and move out inspections of residential units
- Check and document condition of units, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or discrepancies identified during inspections
- Take photos and prepare basic inspection reports when required
- Drive company motorbike to visit properties, transport cleaning supplies, documents, or other materials
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the company motorbike
- Follow assigned schedules and complete tasks efficiently and professionally
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving license
- Previous experience in cleaning, property inspection, facilities management, or similar role
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
- Basic English communication skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, and detail oriented
