Role Overview
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the clinic.
Keep patient, treatment, and staff areas clean, comfortable, and consistently well presented.
Cleaning and Housekeeping Duties
- Clean and sanitize reception, waiting areas, corridors, offices, staff areas, floors, surfaces, furniture, mirrors, and glass.
- Clean and disinfect treatment rooms between sessions and sanitize washrooms throughout the day.
- Empty waste bins, dispose of waste according to clinic procedures, and maintain pantry and common areas.
- Replenish tissues, soap, sanitizer, and other essential supplies.
- Support basic room preparation and housekeeping requirements.
- Perform opening and closing cleaning duties as required.
Safety and Reporting
- Follow hygiene, infection-control, and safety procedures.
- Use cleaning products and equipment correctly and safely.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Report maintenance, damage, or hygiene concerns to management.
- Maintain a discreet and professional presence around patients and guests.
