Class 1 Lease Operator

Ensure that material is properly protected from the outdoor elements . Tarping loads may be a requirement.

Ensure that any debris caused by the loading/unloading of truck is cleaned up.

Provide feedback to supervisor/dispatch regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems.

Ensure that all customers, co-workers and the public are dealt with professionally and with respect.

Train others when required .

Class 1 driver’s license

Super B and mountain driving experience is required

Proven ability to drive in snow and ot her adverse weather conditions

Ability to to chain tires when necessary

Clean drivers abstract or record

Ability to r ead, write and speak in English Front End Loader experience is an asset

Ability to move 100 pounds, lift 50 lbs overhead and lift to shoulder height 75lbs

Ability to sit long durations

Ability to pass pre-employment drug test

Ability to take and follow direction Ability to understand cross training on all functions at facility

Demonstrates strong communication skills both verbally and written

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Computer Literate

Basic understanding of vehicle and t railer maintenance requirements

Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed
