Perform insurance related water & mold mitigation within the greater Plainview, NY area.

Responsibilities

Works with internal and external customers to provide an exceptional experience.
Inspect homes that have been affected by water, mold, wind, or fire damage.
Performs demolition, water mitigation, mold/fire remediation as instructed.
Delivers reports and information within time goals and established service levels.
Performs basic equipment cleaning and maintenance.
Maintains a safe driving record and vehicle maintenance schedule on assigned company vehicles.
Obtains feedback from customers to improve future experiences.
Availability for bi-weekly on-call/after-hours shifts.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Relevant experience in restoration, constructions, customer service, or trades preferred
IICRC Certifications, Adjuster License is a plus
Ability to climb, kneel, and crawl required; may worked in confined spaces. Ability to lift and move items up to 30lbs alone; more with assistance from a partner
Basic computer proficiency; comfortable working with internet-based tools is required
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams proficiency is a plus
Xactimate experience or proficiency is a plus
Results driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and manages changing priorities effectively
Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
Must be available on call and weekends
High School Diploma or equivalent and an active Driver’s License with eligible driving record are required
