Obtain and review all required documentation to prepare and file post‑foreclosure mortgage claims
Navigate multiple systems, websites, and client platforms to research and collect claim data
Identify missing or deficient documentation and follow up with clients, attorneys, vendors, and property preservation companies
Prepare claims and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Accurately calculate claim amounts and balance claims to client systems

Reconcile discrepancies and document findings or required corrections

Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned

3+ years of relevant experience in mortgage servicing, default servicing, foreclosure, or claims processing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management and decision‑making abilities
Ability to interpret and apply investor, insurer, and regulatory guidelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in internet‑based platforms and multiple systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows environment)
Data entry skills, including 30+ WPM typing and 10‑key proficiency
High School Diploma or equivalent
