Job Description
Hiring: Civil Foreman \| Dubai \| AED 5,000
Dubai \| 5+ Years Experience (UAE Building Construction)
We are looking for an experienced
Civil Foreman
with strong background in
building construction projects in Dubai
to supervise and manage on-site activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily
- site operations
- for building construction works
- Manage
- labour, subcontractors, and site activities
- Read and implement
- structural & architectural drawings
- Ensure work is executed as per
- project specifications & timelines
- Monitor
- quality, safety (HSE), and productivity
- on site
- Coordinate with
- engineers, project managers, and site teams
- Track
- materials usage
- and avoid delays or wastage
- Maintain
- daily reports and progress updates
- Civil foremen are responsible for overseeing crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering work as per drawings and schedules (Indeed)
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5 years UAE experience
- in building construction
- Strong knowledge of
- concrete, blockwork, plastering, finishing
- Ability to
- read drawings and handle site execution independently
- Good
- leadership & team management skills
- Basic communication in
- English (Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam added advantage)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits

AED 5,000 And month
