Civil Supervisor role in the UAE focused on supervising civil works, maintenance activities, site teams, workmanship, and project completion.

The role requires practical experience across finishing and general civil works, plus site supervision and manpower management capabilities.

Supervise daily civil works, site activities, workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Oversee painting, plumbing, tiling, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, epoxy flooring or coating, and general finishing works.
Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, project requirements, quality standards, schedules, and safety procedures.
Inspect work, prepare progress reports, coordinate materials and manpower, and resolve site issues.
Coordinate with engineers, clients, subcontractors, management, and other teams across multiple site activities.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar position.
Ability to read civil drawings and specifications and manage site activities to meet deadlines.
Strong leadership, manpower management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Practical knowledge of painting, plumbing, tiling, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, epoxy works, masonry, and general civil works.
UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
