Position Overview
Supervise and coordinate civil and finishing works at project sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil and finishing activities at the site.
- Coordinate manpower, materials and subcontractors.
- Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and approved materials.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Engineer or management.
- Check workmanship and maintain required quality standards.
- Coordinate with other trades to avoid work conflicts.
- Identify site issues and coordinate their timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil or fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of civil, finishing and renovation works.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
