Job Description
Parsons seeks a highly skilled and experienced Civil / Structural Manager for the Soudah Development project.
The role focuses on structural engineering leadership, advanced analysis, innovative sustainable design, project delivery, quality, and client relations.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for structural engineering activities in accordance with standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Lead structural solutions that consider aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
- Oversee the design, review, and approval of structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
Project Management
- Manage the structural engineering team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines, construction teams, and client representatives to integrate structural systems.
- Develop schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
