The Opportunity
Join HB+Partners as its first technical hire in a foundational civil and structural engineering role.
The consultancy delivers sustainable, high-end hospitality and residential projects across the UAE and internationally.
The role offers direct responsibility and collaboration with a G+Unlimited-qualified principal.
What You'll Do
- Lead structural design and analysis for G+4 residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and design reports.
- Coordinate structural designs with architectural and MEP disciplines.
- Manage Dubai Municipality submissions and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE codes and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Support projects from concept through construction supervision.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 5 years of progressive civil or structural engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised and accredited university.
- Valid Dubai Municipality G+4 or higher Engineer Card or qualification is strictly mandatory.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, or STAAD Pro.
- Experience with Dubai Municipality submissions, authority approvals, and UAE building codes.
- Registration with the UAE Society of Engineers or eligibility to register.
- MOFA-attested qualifications and experience certificates.
- Familiarity with BIM or Revit workflows, AutoCAD, and visualisation software.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- UAE driving licence.
- Experience with the Dubai Municipality BPS portal.
