AECOM is hiring a Civil Senior Manager to oversee engineering production activities for an operating unit.
The role provides authoritative technical and operational direction across multidisciplinary engineering programs and projects.
Responsibilities
- Support, oversee, and coordinate engineering production activities for an operating unit.
- Make authoritative decisions and recommendations.
- Maintain contact with senior-level management and resolve critical disputes through negotiation.
- Apply project delivery requirements and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals.
- Anticipate and solve routine and unusual operations problems.
- Determine operational objectives and requirements.
- Organize engineering programs and projects.
- Develop standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 12 years of experience in rolling stock engineering, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in railway, metro, light rail, or high-speed rail projects.
- A master's degree in Rail Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
