Oversee and coordinate engineering production activities for an operating unit.

- Resolve disputes and negotiate critical issues.

- Anticipate and solve routine and unusual operational problems.
- Determine operational objectives and requirements.
- Organize engineering programs and projects.
- Develop standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A master's degree in Rail Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in railway systems, project management, or engineering is advantageous.
