- Manage site personnel, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor material procurement and ensure timely availability on site
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site
Requirements
- Experience in supervising villa construction projects
- Knowledge of approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, Dubai Municipality, and other authorities
