Core Responsibilities
- Manage assigned parts of construction projects.
- Undertake surveys, set out sites, and organize site facilities.
- Check technical designs and drawings to ensure they are followed correctly.
- Supervise contracted staff and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and project managers.
- Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.
- Provide technical advice, solve site problems, prepare reports, and complete paperwork.
- Coordinate material ordering and price negotiations with quantity surveyors.
- Ensure health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are followed.
