Civil Site Engineer

Role Overview

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil construction and building maintenance works.
• Previous experience in villa and building projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, blockwork, plastering, floor screeding, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Practical experience in building waterproofing works is highly preferred.
• Ability to inspect, supervise, and manage waterproofing works according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English for professional communication.
• Previous UAE experience is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil and maintenance activities.
• Inspect and monitor waterproofing works to ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, and productivity.
• Identify site issues and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and work updates.
• Ensure all works are completed according to required standards and the project schedule.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,500–AED 6,000 per month.

Work Location

• Work location is on the road, indicating field-based work.
