Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building construction, including residential or commercial projects.
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and quantity estimation.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure execution follows drawings and specifications.
- Manage manpower, material planning, and daily reporting.
