The engineer will help ensure structural integrity, construction quality, and safety standards at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil and structural construction activities against approved drawings and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee high-end residential finishing work.
- Track timelines and coordinate with contractors and vendors to prevent bottlenecks.
- Manage materials, machinery, and manpower to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.
- Enforce site safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Provide data-driven progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Mandatory Criteria
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in villas, high-rise, and residential projects.
