Job Summary
The role manages site execution, material coordination, measurements, and daily project activities.
The candidate should understand civil works, site measurements, material planning, and coordination with vendors and project teams.
Required Qualifications
- A Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
- At least three years of relevant site experience is required.
- Good knowledge of civil site execution and measurements is required.
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills are required.
- Understanding of material planning, ordering, delivery, and dispatch is required.
- Ability to perform area and quantity calculations is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation tools is required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Site Execution
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil site activities and execution.
- Take and verify site measurements and area calculations.
- Check work progress against approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate timely resolution.
