Role Overview
Civil Site Engineer role focused on civil, hardscape, landscape, and irrigation works.
The position acts as the primary on-site representative and coordinates with clients, main contractors, and consultants.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and is field and site based.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution for civil hardscape works and irrigation networks.
- Oversee hardscape activities including tiling, stone cladding, and paving.
- Oversee softscape activities including irrigation networks and planting.
- Coordinate with the main contractor, consultant, and client on site progress and variations.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD shop drawings and landscape designs and raise Requests for Information.
- Update and present project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests and Material Inspection Requests for consultant approval.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
- Two to three years of landscape site experience specifically within the UAE.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with project programming software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Compensation
- Salary is stated as AED 6,000 plus depending on experience.
- The description also states pay of AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
