Civil Site Engineer

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and government regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, design teams, and internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality control.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Attend project meetings and provide weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Assist with material approvals, procurement follow-up, cost monitoring, and operations.
• Coordinate updates with the Project Manager and Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Three to five years of UAE experience in villa or residential construction projects.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and villa construction standards.
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primevera, and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel or relocate anywhere in the UAE.

Compensation
