Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP)
- Establish quality objectives, procedures, and inspection processes
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards
- Review project quality documents, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams regarding quality matters
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors
- Ensure all inspections and testing are performed according to approved procedures
- Manage Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Conduct internal quality audits and monitor implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain quality records and ensure proper document control
- Participate in project progress meetings and client quality meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a QA/QC management role
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure projects
- Thorough understanding of QA/QC principles and Quality Management Systems
- Familiarity with international construction standards and codes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Report writing and documentation expertise

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a QA/QC management role.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure projects.

Reporting Relationships

- Frequent site inspections and coordination meetings.
- May require travel between multiple project locations.
- Ability to work under tight project schedules and deadlines.
