Entellus, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Phoenix, Arizona.

In this role, you will be responsible for business development and managing a variety of project types including residential subdivisions, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sites.

The successful candidate is accountable for project performance, ensuring quality control on deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships through quality deliverables and professional service.

In this role you will be responsible for business development to bring in new work.

This role also provides direction and guidance to junior engineers and technicians assigned to the project manager’s team.

This individual will report to the Land Development Discipline Leader.

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare and manage monthly client invoicing.
• Manage and mentor the project team.
• Manage a variety of land development projects through the entire lifecycle of the project.
• Participate in the firm’s seller-doer culture by developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Maintain quality control on all project deliverables.
• Provide and teach engineering best practices to the project team.
• Participate in networking events to represent the firm and assist in developing new business.
